Anne wears many hats as a Wife, Mom, Entrepreneur, Speaker,  Mindset Coach, 

Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach and Founder of Virtually Yours.  Anne is also a Published Author, Artist, Fitness Instructor & World Traveler.  Anne is a lifetime learner.

Anne is a professional dancer and choreographer who has over 45 years of dance experience. She is the former Founder & Artist Director of a 4 time award winning dance studio as Best Dance Studio and Best Dance school in CT. She has performed with many dance teams including The New Haven Ninjas, team captain for arena football and The New England Seawolves dance team, arena football affiliated with Madison Square Garden NYC.

Anne has performed on tour throughout the Republic of China with a professional all girl hip hop group who were also awarded featured artists in Boston. Anne performed with other dance groups as an opening act with KISS 95.7 and for DJ companies. Anne holds a degree in Travel and Tourism and from working in the airline industry and has been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to study dance around the world. She received training in many genres of dance in over 9 cities Worldwide and is continuing her education in various fields of the Health, Fitness and Dance Industry at Prestigious Dance Academies / Companies in Boston and NYC.
